Hi Sarah, good to see a new face on the forum. I have adopted Sally from Kama's Cave, she is now 11 years old. I do the newsletters and run the monthly 50/50 draw for Kama's Cave. Sally is my first ever pet, let alone a dog, and my husband and I love her to bits

Hi Sarah We adopted Millie when she was 20 months old. She was terrified of many things in particular, old men with white hair and sticks. She is now 12 1/2, and has led a difficult life. She is one of the most loving greys ever, looks out for everyone else like Lassie. She has pemphigis, an autoimmune disorder which means she constantly rejects her nose skin. She had a biopsy to confirm this and ended up losing a toe. She has a wonky tail, scars galore and now a heart so big it is constricting her windpipe she has a stonking hear murmur (grade 6) and is on lots of medication. As a youngster she was much easier to train, her recall was the best of any grey I have seen and her 'down' was second to none. I would have another youngster anyday. You have more time with them and you get to see them grow and grow in a way you don't quite get with adult dogs. I have had older ones too, a 6 year old who lived til she was 15 1/4!!!!!! Greys are fabulous!!! Welcome Alie
